The only things I can recall from this day is that we had to stop at Napton Narrowboats to re-tie a boat which had come loose from its moorings and that we moored up ourselves on the Braunston Turn side of the A45 road bridge, almost opposite the pub which is now called The Boathouse which I believe was then known as The Mill House.
